Economic Concept: Supply & Demand
Supply is the relationship
between the quantity of Goods or Service
that a producer or supplier is willing to bring into the market
for the purpose of sale and the price of the Good or service.
The law of supply states
That price and quantity
Supplied are directly
Proportional.
In other words,
The higher the price of a product,
The more of it the producers
Will create.
Demand is the relationship
Between the quantity of a product
That a consumer or buyer would be willing
To buy and the price of the product.
Demand is often represented
As a table or a graph relating price
And quantity demanded.
The law of demand
states that,
In general price and quantity demand
Are inversely related.
In other words,
The higher the price of a product,
The less of it
Consumers will buy.
