In Season Summer Veggies: Recipes From Cooking Class that Go with Spring, Fall, and, Winter Cooking….. Taught cooking class was just the right amount of space for everyone to get involved or be Involved…. The best part for and to me was to see participants involved in my classes… Social learning skills and teaching the skill of participation. Many people should have become more familiarized with use of fresh herbs in cooking. We didn't use any salt in the cooking process!
